Renovation happened in 2 phases. First phase: false ceiling built in living room to add recessed lighting, kitchen cabinets refinished, new counters, floors refinished, wall finish updated and bathrooms redone.

Second phase: recessed lighting redone in living room with additional added in entry and kitchen. Incorporating existing furniture with new furniture and décor. Living room ceiling painted dark, doors painted and new hardware installed, kitchen shelving added with dramatic lighting and cabinet hardware updated.
